안녕하세요, 학부모님.

2025-2026 소래청소년 오케스트라 오디션에 합격하신 것을 진심으로 축하드립니다.

오는 2025년 10월 3일(금) 오후 5시 30분, 합격 단원을 대상으로 오리엔테이션 및 첫 연습이 진행됩니다.

본 행사는 학부모님과 단원의 필수 참석 행사이오니 반드시 함께 참석해 주시기 바랍니다.

단원들은 아래 안내 사항을 확인하시어 입단 등록을 완료하고, 악보 및 준비물을 지참하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Congratulations on your successful audition for the 2025–2026 Sohrae Youth Orchestra. We are pleased to inform you that the Orientation and First Rehearsal will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. 

This is a mandatory event for both parents and members, so we kindly ask for your full participation. Please review the following information carefully and ensure that you complete the registration process, prepare the music, and bring the required items.

1. 오리엔테이션 및 첫 연습

일시: 2025년 10월 3일(금) 오후 5:30 ~ 7:30

장소: 기쁜소래교회 (70 Hilda Ave., North York, ON, M2M 1V5)

준비물: 악기, 개인용 Music Stand, Black Binder (1/2" D-Ring, 3-Rings), 인쇄한 악보(홈페이지 참조), 연필

세부 일정

5:30 ~ 5:50 등록 확인

5:50 ~ 6:20 오리엔테이션

6:20 ~ 7:25 전체 연습(단원) / 6:20 ~ 6:50 학부모 설명회(학부모)

7:25 ~ 7:30 정리

2. 단원 회비 납부

1학기 회비: CAD 550 → 2025년 10월 1일(수)까지 납부

2학기 회비: CAD 350 → 2026년 1월 23일(금)까지 납부

납부 방법: e-Transfer → sohraeorchestra@gmail.com

(송금 시 단원 이름과 악기를 반드시 기재해 주시기 바랍니다.)

※ 입단 확정은 1학기 회비 납부 완료 후 확정됩니다. 회비는 환불되지 않습니다.

3. 악보 준비

모든 단원은 개별적으로 바인더 및 악보를 인쇄하여 리허설에 지참해야 합니다.악보는 소래청소년 오케스트라 홈페이지 회원가입 후 다운로드 가능합니다. 반드시 소래오케스트라 오디션 등록시 사용하신 이메일 주소로 회원가입 하셔야합니다.

4. SYO Consent Agreement

모든 단원은 입단과 동시에 SYO Policies에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.자세한 내용은 아래 링크를 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. Orientation & First Rehearsal

2. Membership Fee

• 1st Semester: CAD 550 — due by Wednesday, October 1, 2025

• 2nd Semester: CAD 350 — due by Friday, January 23, 2026

• Payment Method: e-Transfer to sohraeorchestra@gmail.com

• (Please include the student’s name and instrument in the message.)

※ Membership will only be confirmed once the first semester fee is paid in full. Non-refundable.

3. Music Preparation

All members must bring their own binder and printed music to the rehearsal. Music can be downloaded after registering on the Sohrae Youth Orchestra website. You must use the same email address you used for your audition registration.
